All returns must be approved by our support team before being shipped back.

Our team will confirm if the return is eligible and provide you with instructions.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
❗ Items returned without approval may not be processed or refunded.
🔹 Refunds and Store Credit

The fastest method of resolution is offering store credit or an exchange.

If you request a refund to your original payment method, allow up to 10 business days for processing after your return is received and approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not provide return labels.

Please use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance.

Returned items that are lost or damaged during return shipping will not be eligible for a refund.

- Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy
Accurate Address Requirement: The buyer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order placement. This includes all necessary details such as apartment numbers, suite numbers, and correct ZIP Codes.
- Handling Returned Shipments (Undeliverable)
Processing Returned Shipments: If a package is returned to us by the carrier (e.g., USPS) due to an address-related issue (such as “Insufficient Address,” “Undeliverable as Addressed,” or “Moved, Left No Address”), we will contact the customer immediately to verify the correct address and determine the preferred course of action.
- Re-Shipping Costs
Re-Shipping Fees Due to Customer Error: If the address error is the fault of the customer, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping the package. A new shipping invoice will be issued, and the item will not be re-shipped until the new shipping fee is paid in full.
- Refund Processing for Undeliverable Items
Refunds for Undeliverable Orders: If the customer chooses not to have the item re-shipped and instead requests a refund, a refund will be processed only for the cost of the merchandise. The original shipping fee (and any return fees charged by the carrier, if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

A Plus Gundam is not liable for products damaged during transit.
For damages, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. -
