  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unopened

    • Unused

    • In their original packaging

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used items

  • Sale items

  • Damaged items (including damage during return shipping)

  • Pre-order items

  • Collectibles

All returns must be approved by our support team before being shipped back.

  3. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  4. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • The fastest method of resolution is offering store credit or an exchange.

  • If you request a refund to your original payment method, allow up to 10 business days for processing after your return is received and approved.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not provide return labels.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Returned items that are lost or damaged during return shipping will not be eligible for a refund.

  • A Plus Gundam is not liable for products damaged during transit.
    For damages, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
