Thank you for shopping with A Plus Gundam. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders are processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

🚫 Please Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes. A valid street address is required for delivery.

Alaska & Hawaii: Orders to these states are excluded from free shipping promotions due to high carrier costs.
2. Carriers & Shipping Methods
We use the following carriers for delivery:

Standard Shipping is our primary method.
3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Thresholds
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on flat rates, order weight, and destination. We offer Free Standard Shipping to the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 states) for qualifying orders:

California: Free on orders over $250.

Central & Western US (26 States): Free on orders over $250.

East Coast (25 States): Free on orders over $350.

Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping is calculated by weight and destination; free shipping is not available.
4. Perfect Grade (PG) Model Handling Fee
To ensure high-end collector items like Perfect Grade (PG) kits arrive in Mint Condition, we use specialized reinforced packaging (including edge protectors and extra padding). If your order qualifies for Free Shipping but contains a PG model, a specialized handling fee will apply:

Central & Western US: $10.00 per PG model.

East Coast: $15.00 per PG model.

(If the order is under the free shipping threshold, standard rates apply without this additional fee.)
5. Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 business day.

Delivery typically takes an additional 1–7 business days.

🔁 Pre-orders: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we recommend separate orders. Otherwise, the entire shipment will wait until all items are available.

Orders are not shipped on Sunday or holidays.
High order volumes may cause minor delays, but we strive to ship all orders as promptly as possible.
6. Delivery Estimates & Tracking

Our delivery timeframes are accurate 99% of the time, though delays may occur due to severe weather or carrier disruptions.

All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you and available on your account page.

Check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation.

7. Address Changes

Changes can only be made before the order is fulfilled. Once shipped, you must contact the carrier directly.
8. Shipping Issues & Customer Responsibility

Address Accuracy: The buyer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, including apartment or suite numbers.

Returned Shipments: If a package is returned as “Undeliverable” or “Insufficient Address,” we will contact you to verify.

Re-Shipping Costs: If the error was due to customer input, the customer is responsible for all new shipping fees before the item is re-sent.

Refunds on Undeliverables: If a refund is requested for an undeliverable item, the original shipping fee and any carrier return fees will be deducted from the merchandise total.

Damages: A Plus Gundam is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Please retain all packaging materials to assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
